Why don’t I receive a spare Pulse?

Each year we have made improvements to the Pulse's operation and performance and are confident that the new and improved Pulse with Bluetooth will see you through your Journey, so we do not provide a spare Pulse. If you do happen to damage or misplace your device, you can order a replacement by visiting our online shop.
